Based on my e-mail history (to myself) this is the recipe I think I made

White Chicken Chili
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Bake Time: 4-6 hours
Amount: 8 servings
Ingredients:
1½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
½ (16 ounce) package Great Northern Beans, soaked, rinsed and drained
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup chopped onion
2 (4 ounce) cans diced green chiles, undrained
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
Directions:
1. In medium bowl, combine chicken, garlic, cumin, salt, chili powder
and cayenne pepper; toss to coat.
2. Add seasoned chicken, beans, chicken broth, onions and chiles to a
slow cooker. Cook on HIGH 4-6 hours or LOW 8-10 hours.
3. Stir in cilantro. Serve with sour cream and shredded Monterey jack
cheese, if desired.
