So did you get to the 225 round for 17.3? 8-)

If I was doing it strictly...well scaled..and sort of strictly (less weight and adding a rep instead of weight / jumping pull ups). I'd have been done at 8 minutes.

Since it was just class for me, it was suggested to treat it as 12 min AMRAP. I think I got to first set of pull ups for 8 pullups round
