To get the app you need to install the T-Mobile Tuesday app from the Play Store.

Once that's set up you'll see today's offers and the bottom one should be the MLB At Bat app. Click it and then click the bar on the bottom that say something like More Info. On the next page you'll need to agree to the lawyer stuff and then it should be accepted. You'll know if you have it if you go to the menu up to and see it in your redeemed items. It isn't active until opening day but I'll remind you when that day comes.
