"well I googled and your number came up. this is ridiculous!"
"we're a completely different company. we make 3D modelling software for mining companies, and have no affiliation with them whatsoever."

granted our products do have the same name, so I understand how it can be confusing, but still, I googled and found her the right number in like three seconds.
