Yeah, I enjoy/hate them :) Important to note that they basically always focus on Manhattan and western Brooklyn -- (edited)

aka the most expensive parts of NYC. Even in Manhattan, they don't go north of 96th Street all that much. On occasion, they include some in far western Queens like LIC or Astoria. But it's very very oriented toward Manhattan and neighborhoods closest to Manhattan.
