I have ACA coverage in the sense that Members of Congress and their staffs are required to purchase coverage through the ACA exchange.

Specifically the District of Columbia Health Exchange. And I've been pretty satisfied.

Prior to the ACA, everyone in Congress participated in the Federal Employee Health Benefits (FEHB) program, which covers all federal (executive branch) employees. But when Congress passed Obamacare, one of the conditions -- which my boss supported -- was that Congress would subject itself to the same expectations as everyone else.
