Most likely, we revert back to FEHB. That would be the most cost effective option anyway.

It would be ludicrous for Congress to try to structure it's own health benefits program when we can just latch onto something that already exists.
But, then again, who knows what #TrumpEffect might put a monkeywrench in that logical idea, too.
