So. Many. Hipsters.

Grain and Gristle is just another hipster spot. Yet another converted warehouse with exposed beam, recovered natural wood tables, "found" bar stools, and "libations" served in mason jars. It's just awful. But, my God, they do have a good burger. I was there in December and the food was almost (almost) good enough to get me to come back.
And Ecliptic Brewing is at least a down home brew pub.
