We've made it that divorce is a normal, rational act in society, except we're still projecting a lifetime value onto the marriage through alimony settlements without sunset clauses. Is that right?

i do believe it needs to be case by case, but my personal feeling is that lifetime alimony would be the wrong decision in the overwhelming majority of
