omg, I just got off a 41:02 long phone call with a crazy new tenant. He has been more of a pain in my keister than all other new tenants together.

The other day I was driving by his house on my way to another house and I saw a huge MAGA poster in his front window.

Today in his rambling conversation, he told me because of his writings (which I assume are rants on the internet) he got asked to be the Trump campaign chairman of this county. (He also told me that before Trump he was for Carson)

Because he has been a pain, everybody else wants to give him the boot. But part of me wants to study him, like a scientist would study a bug.
