It also proves out the sacrifices that the dems made in passing it in the first place (let's face it, it is part of what cost them their majority).

But it was always the belief that once it existed and people had healthcare available, it would be extraordinarily hard to take it away. It was why it was so important to finally pass healthcare legislation, even if it wasn't perfect.
