fanfare. It was really busy for about 6 months and closed about a year later. The typical Chicago Hot Dog uses Vienna Beef hot dogs (which are great) and char grills them. Chicago dogs then tend to get loaded up with lots of stuff (onions, relish, pickles tomatoes, mustard (only. never ketchup) and celery salt. Personally I don't put all of it on there, but I'm good either way. It's among my favorite foods.
