the way premiums and drug prices are going - I don't know how we CAN'T go to single payer

it reminds me of the feudal lords who go visit their farmers and see them doing okay for themselves and decide they can pay " a little more" in taxes or whatever.
like the system is rigged to keep us paying a tiny more each year and we all just adjust - complain but adjust - you know what I mean.
No other country pays what we pay ( as far as I know)
