the fence installed.
However, now we have a NEW dog issue. Hooray!!!
Neighbors on the other side of us got a new puppy. Not sure what kind, but it's tiny and fluffy and has a high-pitched yippy dog bark. It seems as though their favorite activity is "let's throw the dog outside and let her bark and bark and bark and bark for a half hour until we decide to bring her in". Nobody is outside with the dog. She just wanders around the yard for a minute or two, then stands at the door barking and howling to be let in. Eventually one of the kids will let her in.
It's annoying as hell (and I'm less than pleased when this goes on at 11:30pm, as their yard is right under Nathan's window - and Sophie barks every time she hears this dog barking so that's not fun in here) but I really feel bad for the dog. She's outside quite a bit during the day. I just wish someone would spend some time outside with her.
