well, best - yeah lots of things - as prevalent, not really.

you'll find Idaho Rainbow Trout on fine dining menus all across the nation as well as here. However there is no one universally agreed upon preparation.

Same with elk and huckleberries. Additionally, we now raise the most US-raised Waygu beef in the US and are near the top on Berkshire hams. But no one standard preparation for that fine food.

Oh, there is some root vegetable with a lot of starch here that shows some promise according to farmers
