I don't want my impression of the Cheney Administration to be positively affected because we have a toddler in the midst of a meltdown running things now. However, what you say is true. I think he's a flawed but decent human, Dubya. I think he tried to do good things as they were told or explained to him. He knew when to be embarrassed when he made a mistake. In that regard he's multitudes more a decent human than that strutting bag of insecurity masked with bluster.

But I still have fundamental dislike for what happened during Duubya's time in office. But I don't have a visceral dislike for him like I do Drumpf.
