I certainly have (SHUT UP ST)
But I'm responsible for those decisions I made, and this student is responsible for the decision he made.
NOW, the frat not calling EMS for 12 hours is reprehensible, of course, and I feel horrible for the kid and his family.
But I'm not sure how a dry semester fixes that? Students are still going to drink.
