Yup and it's a terrible place to be held. A nightmare of a place and it holds every type of criminal.

It's supposed to be only people awaiting trial or doing a year or less. People end up staying there for years just because they can't make bail and their trial keeps getting postponed.
A young man was there for three years accused of stealing a bookbag. He eventually got out and a few weeks later he killed himself. He was put in solitary too often and for too long. He didn't belong there at all and it screwed up his head so bad he wanted to die even though he was free.
The place needs to be blown up asap
