My first renewal, a 2% increase was allowed, but my lease renewal form come through with the same rent on it. Mistake? Rule about not raising rent the first renewal? No idea. But cool!
Renewal 2: 1% was allowed, and they raise 1%
Renewal 3 and 4: 0% increase allowed.
My rent has gone up 1% over 4 years.
