Already have a half gallon of home made BBQ sauce ready to go. So excited for this 5lb meat pile.

  - the short recipe is: brine it for a week, then smoke to an internal temp of 145. you should find a lot of recipes online -- nm - Peglegpete Apr 1, 13:15 5
