AND, even though you may use only half a cup of it a year, buy a 5# bag on ebay it's cheap and lasts forever -- nm

I think I paid 4 or 5 for a small pouch at BASS. surprised you can't find it in the spice aisle at grocery (or even gross sherry) stores -- nm
