I've seen rules infractions reported by viewers before, but always at the time of the event.

I'm thinking of somebody, Craig Stadler maybe?, kneeling on a towel before swinging at his ball. Or another guy standing in a hazard who unknowingly displaced a little bit of fluff with his spikes.
But you cannot do this in retrospect. If she knows she's behind and not ahead, she plays entirely differently. The LPGA hosed her but good.
