That's poor writing where Tony Stark is replaced, HE IS IN A COMA where Thor is replaced HE IS AROUND BUT IS NOW UNWORTHY OF LIFTING THE HAMMER, where Peter Parker is replaced PETER IS STILL SPIDER-MAN, THIS IS A DIFFERENT SPIDER-MAN in short order by a more diverse group of characters.
