Theoretically unlimited, I guess, but subject to our occasional absence policy -- (edited)

Which kicks in at five separate instances or eight total days missed in any rolling twelve-month period, at which point it's subject to manager review, and potential "deduct" status, in which you don't get paid for days you miss, if you're found to have abused it.
