I checked out the Series 01 and I found it to be pretty hysterical. I have never seen such a comedy about royal history and so many Shakespeare references. Also, I love Brian Blessed. Then, my queue skipped to Series 03, which is good, except I just don't get so many of the references. I think they must be about British political history or some such. I am enjoying seeing Hugh Laurie in his foppish role, though
