No, but 2015 took a combination of events that was nearly perfect for a high-water Liberal result.

They only need to drop 15 seats to get to a minority. Another 15-20 decline to the Tories and NDP would create a weak minority scenario.
I think the Tories will be either led by Bernier (okay, but probably hurts us in 2019) or O'Toole (giddy up) and if the NDP can be smart and elect Jagmeet Singh out of Ontario, PMJT won't be the only glamourous looker in the field (which I have to believe *would* irritate him just a bit).
The economy is doing better, but the deficit issue is rising (up to 25% of Canadians cite it as a concern per Ipsos - up 10 points since October 2015) and I maintain, Trudeau has just shown an overall inability to properly manage his political files in a way that avoids trouble AND gets decisions made. That will wear.
