From an article on The Guardian about the maple wood courts used for just about every basketball court, "The most recent NCAA Final Four courts probably won’t last anywhere as long as they used to. The winners will be offered a chance to purchase the courts, at which point they can be displayed in their basketball museums and/or be cut into little pieces in order to give (or sell) to fans."
