I keep thinking of everything he says in business terms. Imagine an employee asking for a pat on the back with that record.

Imagine an employee of the Trump Organization coming to him and saying "There are 95 million [Americans out of work] - we should invest billions in this market!" and Trump gives the green light, and then the employee says "Oh by the way that number I used for the basis of our investment included a whole lot of irrelevant potential customers. But hey, if the numbers were fake before, they're real now." And the employee expects a pat on the back.
