10. There are zero job prospects here. I would have to move, which would mess up my family dynamic.

It's why I'm equally worried for my ex-wife's job. If she were to lose her job, I don't know what she'd do and how that would shake up the family.
But we're both union employees with seniority at the university, so A LOT of people would have to lose their jobs before we ended up on the chopping block.
