I've thought the same thing. How isn't there someone that does it better than what we see today?

JetBlue seems to be the closest but even they get it wrong often. Again, I don't fly so I don't have the experiences but I read lots of stories and it sounds like a terrible experience.
You'd think someone would come along and change the game but it's not happening for whatever reason.
