He clearly has no concept of what running a school with a useful sports team entails.

in a just world, UNC would be hammered for their stuff since it's blatant cheating at the root of the college mission statement.
in a real world, where Penn State and Baylor are never going to sniff the Death Penalty, it just isn't ever going to happen.
