I mean, did the security people call the CEO of United? I think it was just a crazy chain of events and poor decisions.

Could've been handled better by essentially every single person in and around the plane.

Devil's advocate, if everyone on the plane was so upset with the way he was being treated, why wouldn't someone at any point say "He can stay, I'll step off."?
