done all they reasonably could and had to start removing people. Who knows, maybe they felt their job would be in jeopardy if they did not get those employees to their own jobs. Certainly there were other options, given enough time, they could probably have all come to a better conclusion. But at the end of the day, the airline could have just decided to cancel the flight altogether and it's the passengers responsibility to cooperate. It's hard to put a ton of fault on the gate agent doing their job. It's also not hard to see how this passenger created this encounter by not just walking off the plane once the police showed up.
