I have a few clients that use them and I'll text one right now to get the name of the one they use.

It has audio as well as video so they can talk to the dog like some omnipotent god. It also has a laser light so you can sort of play with the cat.
There's an app that you use to watch and I think it turns itself on when it detects movement.
