I buy a ticket, there's to me an expectation that I will be given what I paid for, this flight at this time.

That they can double-down and sell my chair twice because the little print says it's okay in accordance with the model their computer says to ... is bullshit.

I paid for this. It's my seat. That's 'right' according to just about every commercial activity I've ever agreed to. Fuck tiny print.
