raise prices). I think this is more complicated than a simple who's right or wrong. I think we all agree dragging a guy off a plane and injuring him is the wrong outcome, but there is some culpability all around. 3 other passengers left the plane of their own accord (were awarded some compensation and re-booked) without incident. Yes, they should show more flexibility in paying more to get people off (but if there were no caps, people would just drive up the price every time), and they should show greater flexibility in re-booking people on other airlines as well. But I think the situation is more complex than just passenger is right, United is wrong.
