right. they're business practice is to overbook because people no-show. they assume the risk that someone may not volunteer to get off...

at which point it would seem that they need to keep escalating the incentives until someone takes them up on it. Hauling off a passenger can never be an option. It's greed that made that sound reasonable in the first place.
