We never close the library for the day before or after a holiday except when the holiday falls on a Sunday. We do sometimes get an extra day off as a

floating holiday, which kind of sucks to schedule. I have difficulty predicting when that will happen, but I suspect it won't this July. I think it just depends on whether Admin wants it as a paid day off or not.
