I've narrowed my Easter Brunch choices down to four contenders. Of this list what would you choose? -- (edited)

SALMON OMELET 12
Three egg omelet filled with salmon, green onion and Swiss cheese topped with avocado
BASQUE OMELET 12
Three egg omelet filled with chorizo, sautéed garlic, onions, bell peppers and Manchego cheese
CHILAQUILES 12
Two eggs cooked your way, corn tortilla chips sautéed with spicy red and green sauces, served with your choice of bacon, ham or sausage topped with Cotija cheese
AVOCADO BENEDICT 13
Two poached eggs atop avocado and tomato slices on a toasted English muffin, finished with hollandaise sauce
I've made my own Chilaquiles before and I'm curious as to what they would look and taste like professionally done. I like chorizo and I absolutely love Benedicts. But I could wear a T shirt that says "Salmon Slut" and not be ashamed, so I'll probably get the omelette

Maybe the avocado benedict. My real choice is the chilaquiles, but if they're using tortilla chips I'm not 100% trusting them to do it well. -- nm
