One of the things I remember most clearly about my wedding was how hard I had to work not to scratch at all once my hair was up and hairsprayed. It was miserable.

A woman in the chair next to me at the salon, listening to me complain about it while getting my hair cut, told me she had the same problem and it went away with sulfate free shampoo. I tried it, and within 3 days my head didn't itch any more. Life-changing!
