1. Research which government is responsible for monitoring that particular traffic signal. It's likely a city or a county Public Works/Transportation department
2. Email the politicos of that jurisdiction (Mayor, City Council, Board of Commissioners, whatever they are) asking for a before-and-after study of accidents at the intersections with cameras installed.
