When they opened the members only club 1901 at California Adventure, it was a joint membership and they used the added capacity to offer a bunch of the wait listed folks membership based on the increased combined capacity of the two locations.

If it is a dual coast thing then there would be six locations and move that many more people up the list but I can also see the impracticalities of that as I could see that four new locations are immediately filled with West Coast leaning members.
