Honestly getting concussed out was the best thing that could've happened to his career.

Had he not gotten repeated concussions, he probably would've been brought up to the main roster as Ersatz CM Punk for a joke and he'd probably have gotten released shortly thereafter. He was really great on NXT commentary and I think he's still good. He's trying to channel Heenan and Ventura as old school heel commentators but he's a victim of having Vince yell in his ear for three hours. (Cole is also actually fine, but suffers from having to say what he's told to every time. He did that live UK tournament a couple months ago and was actually really great in that.)
