put in the effort before looking to take the penalty. Finding pieces of a mask in sand is a joke of a challenge so when people are ready to walk away it's a sign they never should have gone on the show. That's just one example and the one in my head but we've seen it so many times.
But you're right that there are going to be things that people just can't do and your dancing example is a good one. Just try hard, don't quit until there's no other option.
