I'm using Chrome on Android, in Chrome you can click the three little dots on the top right and click share

which will give you many options on how to share. There should be an option to copy it to the clipboard. You can save it there and then when you go to post you can just hold down on where you put a link and click paste and it'll paste it in for you. That's a lot longer and slower.
