Dear Mary,

Thank you for your recent order with The Unemployed Philosophers Guild. I am writing to let you know that, unfortunately, due to a labeling error with our warehouse, the wrong package is currently on the way to Seattle - my apologies!! The good news is that the correct package is being sent out by our warehouse today and there is no need to return the incorrect package.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns, and my apologies once again for the inconvenience.
