Yes. And that works about half the time.

The other half of the time, they insist on Senator Merkley ordering the FAA (or the Defense Department) to stop allowing chemtrail flights immediately. Or to hold Congressional hearings. Or something else.
Which then leads to the question: "Okay, so if I'm going to go to the FAA, they are going to need some evidence showing that what you are observing up in the sky is a chemtrail and not a contrail. What evidence do you have?"
They don't typically like that.
