Tesla has plans to greatly expand their sales and service presence. And this is an area that I have some concern over.

Friend that works in a showroom says the retail side of things is a "shit show".

"zero employee support, contradicting priorities, zero care for employee well being, almost no gender diversity"

If that behind-the-scenes stuff affects the customer, it'll be bad for Tesla. S and X owners are mostly early adopters and expect less than perfection in exchange for being first.

The Model 3 is aimed at the average car buyer and the tolerance their for issues, snags, etc is going to be lower.
