they're not interested in making healthcare more efficient and less costly. They continue to kick the chair legs from Obamacare so that it collapses. Part of that is their instinctive disdain for a federal government program (not named, The Pentagon) but they need OC to collapse and go away because of the federal subsidies it provides. This is key and the reason why they keep trying to take OC out. That trillion dollars will make "reforming the tax code" aka tax breaks for upper income brackets much easier. They need to destroy Obamacare so they can put in place tax breaks...

It's loathsome.
