I think that as I look back on the show to date, Big Head's character is Mike Judge at his very best. What he's always done well is point out the absurdity of things. Big Head's getting paid to sit outside and do nothing at Hooli is my favorite thing they've ever done (outside of the algorithm reveal), and it's better because it's a real thing that happens.
